25 APARTMENTS AND 4 TERRACES
BondiVue is a medium density development of 25 apartments + 4 terraces, situated in Bondi.
Built for our client ING Bank, the project was won on a competitive lump sum tender basis with early works being demolition and excavation, starting in Oct 2006, and the main works commencing in July 2007.
Practical completion was achieved in October 2008, and during this time we worked very closely with the design team in order to ensure that budgets were strictly adhered to while at the same time not compromising the clients expected internal and external finishes on completion.
Bondivue offers quintessential beachside apartment living. A sympathetic approach has been taken to ensure the development further enhances its environment, its sophisticated lines in harmony with its surrounding. Bondivue offers an array of luxury living options from apartments to top floor lofts units and townhouses, some with their own gardens or ocean views.
A melding of different materials and forms define the public face: feature metal cladding, sandstone feature wall, large dormer windows, sliding louver sunscreens, timber floorboards in living areas and stainless steel kitchen appliances.
The residence is set within two separate buildings linked by common gardens and underground carpark are mixed of townhouses and apartments overlooking green open space or the ocean.
