Novati are proud to announce the completion of Henry Apartments Lilyfield.
Designed by Bianchino + Associates, this former warehouse and factory has been transformed into a small boutique complex of 17 apartments, constructed within the shell of the existing factory walls. Materials, elements and finishes selected were of a high quality and designed to provide an industrial warehouse aesthetic, echoing the past industrial age of the area.

Henry also received recognition from Domain for its innovative architectural design, and is an MBA Housing Awards entrant for 2015 for Re Adaptive use.

If you look closely at Henry, you will notice that all facades are articulated with a variety of architectural forms, elements, materials and colours so as to provide variety, character and interest and to hark back to the industrial usage of this site. This of course added to the build cost, but it also improved the sale prices achieved. If you wish to achieve record prices remember Novati is the only choice!
