Project Update October 2020 – Kurnell – The Curtain Wall Façade of the Office Building complete

Even in these challenging times, construction is continuing on our Kurnell site.

The Curtain Wall Façade of the Office Building is now complete. The Fitoff Works are well under way with internal glazing starting shortly. Ceiling works will be completed by the end of the week and joinery is being installed, we are well underway to achieve client Occupation at the end of 2020.

The Warehouse is nearing completion with the remainder Hardstand Pour to be finalised in the next month. Landscaping is well under way with new levels being finalised and topsoil placed ready for planting.

This project on completion will provide our client with a new tailor made facility to enable future growth.
