After successfully completing the early works package, Novati has been chosen to construct the 22000m2 stage 1 warehouse and 6000m2 commercial/office space for Dicker Data. The team at Novati are excited to be entrusted by the Dicker Data Board with the responsibility of bringing this project to fruition.

This Design and Construct project includes design, construction and commissioning of all elements of the project. By working with key consultants and subcontractors during the tender phase, Novati delivered a comprehensive, competitive package. Innovation was applied to all aspects of the design, including concrete, structural steel, precast concrete and mechanical services.

Programme was a big driver for Dicker Data, and with 99% of the design completed during the tender period, Novati was digging footings immediately following contract award!

Novati has built a strong reputation as a high quality builder in ‘mid-rise’ residential, schools and aged care. Following the success of winning this $45m Kurnell project we are confident of further cementing our reputation, this time in large scale Industrial and Commercial facilities.
