Ashburn House is a state of the art, 111 bed aged care facility comprising 27 low care rooms (30 beds) plus 52 high care rooms (81 beds) situated in Gladesville. Building works were undertaken concurrently and were not staged. This meant that existing residents were temporarily relocated to the nearby leased facility, Ryde Nursing Home. Importantly, Ashburn House has had a positive social impact in the area and has provided much needed expansion of aged care provisions in Gladesville.

Ashburn House is the benchmark for aged care facilities, and as our clients intended, it has been built to feel more like a hotel than an aged care facility, and this in itself separates it from hospital like facilities.
