The building has cleverly used face brickwork to keep maintenance costs down, and features a very open and light filled common hallway thanks to its fully glazed south facing stairwell wall.
Ground floor units have access to private outdoor spaces, while on the upper levels generous north and south oriented balconies can be accessed from all of the open plan living, dining, kitchen spaces. Smaller, more private loggias where also provided so as to provide access to and from the east and west facing bedrooms.
