Novati Constructions is proud to have built this remarkable residential development for Loftex Property, a leading developer of high quality residential developments. This project comprises of 66 units over 7 levels.

The façade is articulated with various elements such as stone, masonry, render, glazed balustrades and aluminium screening reflecting the surrounding environment creating an elegant and distinct high quality development.

The construction works were completed within budget with a 16 month construction period.

On this project we redesigned in conjunction with our client and architect various elements of the project in order to achieve the most cost effective design as possible.

Novati Constructions has a good working history with Loftex and since the completion of Embassy Residences, we have commenced another residential project with this client in Strathfield.
