Designed by Mayoh Architects, Ensemble is a 5 storey building comprising two storeys of underground basement parking, 19 contemporary single, two and three bedroom apartments, and a blend of retail and commercial spaces including an exclusive radio station tenancy.

Novati Constructions commenced piling for the foundations towards the end of July 2010 and completed the bulk and detailed excavation mid-November 2010 with the structure completed mid-June 2011 and fitout and handover completed end of January 2012.

Apartment internals comprise wall to ceiling glass providing abundant natural light with open plan lounge dining areas flowing onto sundrenched terraces, Caesarstone kitchens with stainless steel appliances, modern bathrooms and ensuites, built-in wardrobes, reverse cycle air conditioning and internal laundry and storage.

The construction contract involved infrastructure works including liaising with authorities and all utility providers for approvals and provision of electrical supply from the point of connection at an existing substation on an adjoining street to the point of termination on site. As well as civil infrastructure works for a full length bitumen panel and paved border footpath and part road reconstruction on Chandos Street and full width bitumen pavement road reconstruction on Henry Lane.
