Offering a superior level of residential aged care the facility includes 144 private rooms catering for Low Care, High Care, Dementia and Respite Care residents, each room with individual ensuites and built-in furniture and each level with individual lounge, dining and sitting areas.

Other facilities include reception; offices and other administrative rooms; 150-seat theatre; activities rooms; hairdresser; therapists room all accessed by three passenger lifts and stair access throughout.

Located on a narrow and steeply contoured site with two street frontages, the facility comprises five inter-connecting and terraced buildings with a maximum rise of three levels, separated by four unenclosed landscaped courtyard areas.

The Basement area includes a car park with a total of 38 parking spaces and a Service area containing the kitchen, plant rooms, laundry, storage rooms, training room and change rooms for staff.
Novati Constructions was contracted as a Design and Construct Builder based on development application approved documentation.
