Rephrasing the characteristics of the Art Deco era, Ivori showcases a fluidity in space and light, emphasised through the long, horizontal, curvilinear lines in the architecture. The complex consists of 29 luxury apartments (3, 2 and 1 bedroom), 5 storeys and BBQ rooftop.

Located on the sought after South Cronulla peninsula, each dwelling presents a subtle and sophisticated coastal aesthetic with refinement in every detail.

The Novati team were presented with local environmental challenges to ensure onsite tree preservation due to proximity of the basement to tree protection and structural root zones.

Another challenge of the build was the precast mould parameters as the upturns have an acute curved radius.
