Novati Constructions was awarded a Design and Construct contract to build 65-69 Lorikeet Grove, Warriewood – a luxurious residential development consisting of 27 residential apartments and associate basement car park.

Designed by DKO Architects, the building and its dwellings reflect the warm, coastal aesthetics of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The building makes the most of its leafy and expansive bushland outlook through its multiple communal space offerings and generous private balconies, enabling dwellers to enjoy the gorgeous view from various angles. The 27 dwellings are made up of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments. Apartments feature open-plan spaces, timber floorboards, quality fixtures and fittings and warm colours throughout.

The Novati Team were presented with a variety of challenges, including working during the height of COVID lockdowns. With multiple tradesmen simultaneously at work during peak periods, Novati implemented strategies to keep its workforce safe and reduce lockdown closures to the site. The Team rose to the challenge and, working together with all stakeholders, overcame it together.
