The facility consists of 35 low care rooms, 20 high care rooms, & 15 dementia rooms.

The facilities included lounge areas & function rooms, library, hairdressers, & therapy spa bath. There is an internal courtyard with pond for the resident’s leisure, along with spacious landscaped areas with planting, pergolas, & timber bench seating.
