Novati Constructions was awarded a Design and Construct contract to develop Maynard Gardens, Bowral. Designed by Dickson Rothschild, Maynard Gardens is a modern complex that blends contemporary cosmopolitan living with Bowral’s history of stately mansions and stunning gardens.

Comprising of a total of forty-three apartments, each of Maynard Garden’s 3 three-storey buildings has its own street entry, lift access to all areas and two levels of basement parking and storage areas.

Maynard Gardens’ commanding street presence and captivating design is achieved through its sophisticated French country manor design. From its distinctive French mansard roof, dormer windows, intricate balustrades and elegant gardens and pathways outside, to it’s large balconies, fireplaces and high ceilings inside, the complex’s French country manor style is ubiquitous
throughout.

Each apartment offers modern open plan living and generous outdoor entertaining spaces that take advantage of the complex’s tranquille views/setting, and is equipped with premium finishes and high-end fixtures that provide luxury living.
