Novati Constructions delivers Metropolitan Residences in St Leonards, this project was a design and construct contract for Austino Property Group.

This 13 storey high rise mixed use development consists of 125 residential units with 2 levels of retail and underground parking. The project’s chic finishes and indoor-outdoor living spaces create a sense of luxury and calm that is timeless within the heart of St Leonards.

The articulated façade boasts a mix of bespoke bronzed steel framing and sawn sandstone, the Metropolitan Residences is an impressive building.

One of the development’s most appealing selling points is its central location. This site was boundary to boundary and fronted by two key arterial roads. Material handling and logistics, were identified early as a potential concern however this was successfully overcome by utilising the ISO 9001 certified systems that we have in place.

Three frontages activate Metropolitan’s whole lower levels into an upmarket shopping and food centre with open arcade passageways, through-links and sunny al fresco dining areas beneath established trees.

The residential development boasts a communal rooftop garden with an indoor kitchen and television for events with outdoor BBQ facilities, lounging and entertaining areas.

This is a striking development, it is a very articulated building.We are proud to be able to deliver a building of this stature, with the projects restraints on time and within budget.
