39 PARK STREET NARRABEEN

Four boutique floor-through apartments offering leafy and tranquil views to Narrabeen Lagoon.

Novati Constructions was awarded a Design and Construct contract to develop 39 Park Street Narrabeen. 39 Park Street is a three-storey building consisting of four full-floor boutique apartments and associated basement car park.

Working with MHDP Architects on this project, each apartment was created to offer the coastal lifestyle dream offered by Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The quality of this build, along with the execution of this project’s high-end architectural detailing, brings this dream to reality through its must-have features that ticks all the boxes. Each apartment delivers three generously sized bedrooms, with the master offering a walk-in-robe and ensuite, large open plan spaces that capture the light and sea breeze and a private outdoor area that is positioned to make the most of the views to Narrabeen Lagoon. The selection of interior materials and finishes, such as the timber flooring, louvre windows and modern fixtures and fittings, were carefully chosen to deliver supreme comfort and evoke a sense of serene coastal living. The building’s landscape design draws from its leafy natural surroundings and connects the building to its environment.

The Novati Team overcame the challenge of building within a tight urban space and dealing with COVID lockdowns for this project. The Team worked assiduously with contractors and trades to coordinate and manage logistical and construction matters, and to ensure that work was carried out safely and professionally with as little schedule overruns and/or disruptions. The Novati Team capacity to manage and overcome these challenges is a testament of Novati’s 52 years of experience and delivery capabilities.

The result is four boutique floor-though contemporary dwellings, beautifully built, that promises to connect its dwellers with their dream of coastal living.
