Novati Constructions was awarded a Design and Construct contract for the Point, South Cronulla. Designed by renowned local architectural firm, Couvaras Architect, the Point is a five-storey building characterised by a gently curved façade of off-form concrete and white brickwork softened by timber batten screening.

The building contains a collection of 16 remarkable two and three-bedroom residences, 2 breathtaking penthouses with their respective private pools and a double-storey basement garage. Each residence  features generous alfresco entertaining spaces, free-flowing living areas framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and covered balconies that form a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. The crown of the Point, its two oversized penthouse, achieves the ultimate in coastal luxury with its upgraded features and finishes and its expansive terrace encompassing a private glass mosaic circular pool.

As a result of Novati’s unwavering passion and commitment to quality, the demand for exceptional craftmanship required in this build was successfully achieved by the Novati Team. The curved brickwork, curved glass windows and curved balustrades, along with the off-form concrete balustrade and veneer doors, are examples of the build’s elements that required a commitment to strive for perfection to get it done right.
