28 APARTMENTS WITH A MIX OF ONE AND TWO BEDROOM UNITS OVER A 5 STOREY BUILDING

We are proud to announce the completion of residential development Proximity Crows Nest, another outstanding project built for our repeat client Loftex.

The architectural design has a striking sculptured rooftop above with lush gardens below. The building was designed to interface between the commercial and high rise to the west and the residential area to the east.

The development consists of 28 apartments with a mix of one and two bedroom units over a 5 storey building with 3 levels of basement car parking.

The structure 5 levels of concrete frame with the façade having a mixture of concrete and face brickwork, featuring high end finishes with luscious landscaped common area.

The project was built within an already existing high density residential area which in turn made site access limited and put constraints on construction.
