Quay North is a boutique development of just 34 apartments. Literally only 15 minutes by car to North Sydney and the city, Quay North blends village style living with the ultimate in convenience. Situated on the busiest corner of Northbridge, the logistical and Occupational Health & Safety challenges faced by the construction team prove that we are able to “climb every mountain”.

The 4 storey structure not only occupies 100% of the site, but also consists of a three level underground car-park that many others previously thought was impossible to construct due to space constraints.

Our objective was not only to complete the project on time and budget for our client, but to also ensure that disruption to local traffic and noise and air pollution remained at a minimum.

Quay North combines chic, modern living with innovative design and the latest in quality finishes and inclusions. Designs include loft style apartments with ensuites overlooking living areas, taking in the district views of North Sydney and the city. Most apartments have sheltered balconies and reverse cycle air conditioning, which allow for year round comfort. The internal living areas flow seamlessly into alfresco living terraces, which utilises the floor areas to their fullest. Common facilites include a roof top gymnasium.

Security on such a busy shopping and retail strip was provided via intercom and card key access systems, and all apartments are alarmed. Cable TV is included and a lift is thoughtfully provided to service all levels for added ease and convenience.
