Construction has finished and Quest Apartments Bella Vista is now open for business.
Located at 24 Norbrik Drive in the heart of Bella Vista close to Norwest Business Park.
Developed by a private client. Built for Quest Apartment Hotels, Bella Vista is the second largest property in their portfolio.
The project was a 15 month Design and Construct contract which was subject to several alternative solutions to satisfy the operational requirements of Quest Apartments.
The hotel accommodation offers 147 rooms in a seven storey building featuring a range of modern and stylish studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments.
Rooms are fitted with a full kitchen, separate living and dining areas, laundry facilities and private balcony. The project features state of the art conference facilities, gymnasium, reception, offices, amenities, linen rooms, two retail spaces and onsite car parking for 91 vehicles and 2 bus bays.
The design of the building is L shaped with external finishes featuring a contrast of light and dark rendered walls, glass curtain walls, timber cladding and glass balustrades.
The two entry points feature a stunning five storey high atrium, which is a stand out with floor to ceiling glass with aluminium frames, soft drop lighting, timber cladding and glass balustrades to the bridges on each level.
