Due to Serendipity’s central North Sydney location and close proximity to the busy Pacific Highway, accessibility to and within the Site was a major challenge for which the Novati Team had to overcome. The Team worked diligently with North Sydney Council, contractors and trades to coordinate and manage logistical and construction matters, and to ensure that work was carried out
safely and professionally with relevant Council’s approval.
