We specialise as the head building contractor involving the construction and / or renovation of new and existing buildings. Additionally we can carry out several joint ventures as both a builder and developer.

As head contractor, Novati Constructions Pty Ltd co-ordinates the services of tradesmen, labourers, and suppliers, in conjunction with consultants and project managers, who are involved in the construction process from the start to completion of a project.

We also provide building estimates upon application without charge.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Whether it is The Regatta’s million dollar luxury waterfront apartments with their own private beachfront and boat jetty, or Kevin Fagan Boarding House that accommodates Year 11 and 12 students at Saint Ignatius’ College, or the spaciously designed residences of “Clancy Terrace” with its integrated chapel for St Michaels Parish, we are able to build to varying specifications and designs.

We have carried out several renovations and extensions to existing premises including heritage buildings. Honda House at Neutral Bay is one such example, as well as The Upton Grange heritage building at our SHORE School project. The Sanctum at Balmain also involved the conversion of an existing 150 year old school house into 12 modern loft style apartments.

Our projects are spread across all types of building disciplines including; Commercial, Community, Schools, Luxury homes and medium density housing.
